Sheik Sa'adoon Khaled Eafan Al-Boeasa (in red and white keffiyeh), a local religious leader, and Hamid Alfahdawi, the director of Habbaniyah Tourist Village, along with several other Iraqi community leaders, stand during the playing of the American National Anthem, at a transfer of authority ceremony aboard Camp Al Taqaddum, March 30. The Iraqis were invited to the ceremony to share some final moments with Marine Wing Support Squadron 373, which transferred authority of the base's Security Forces to 1st Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment.
