Masakazu Yoshida, the Defense Councilor for Acquisition Reform, Internal Bureau, disembarks the MV-22 Osprey Oct. 25 at Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan. Japanese officials met Marines with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 265 to ask questions about the Osprey and also got to ride in the aircraft.
