U.S. Army Soldiers from 2nd Platoon, Alpha Company, 2nd Battalion, 162nd Infantry, 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Oregon Army National Guard evaluate and treat casualties during a training exercise Oct. 24, 2014 in Kabul, Afghanistan. In order to simulate stress during the exercise, evaluators used loud music, yelling, sirens and smoke to see how Soldier reacted under pressure.
