Sgt. Jonathan Benway, a Lancaster, N.H. native, and cavalry scout with the 6th Squadron, 9th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, instructs a class of 20 Soldiers on the "ins and outs" of a TOW weapon system during First Team Training Time Oct. 23 at Fort Hood, Texas. Benway provided about 20 Soldiers a simulated, hands-on exercise to get them familiar with the loading and unloading procedures of the tube-launched, optically-tracked, wire-guided weapon system.
