U.S. Airmen assigned to the 4th Special Operations Squadron evacuate an AC-130U Spooky after after fumes were detected during a close air support training flight as part of exercise Southern Strike 15 (SS15) at Hurlburt Field, Fla., Oct. 29, 2014. SS15 is a total force, multiservice training exercise hosted by the Mississippi National Guard's Combat Readiness Training Center, in Gulfport, Miss., Oct. 27 through Nov. 7, 2014. The SS15 exercise emphasizes air-to-air, air-to-ground and special operations forces training opportunities.
