U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Kamil Konarski is briefed by Senior Master Sgt. David Rodriguez, exercise inspector for the 145th Security Forces Squadron, during the 145th Airlift Wing’s annual anti-terrorism exercise simulating a car bomb detonation inside the perimeter of the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Nov. 1, 2014. The exercise initiated force protection measures across the base and tested the Wing’s ability to respond accordingly. This is the first exercise of this magnitude for Konarski who has been stationed in the Air Guard since 2012. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Senior Airman Laura J.
