Lt. Col. Maria McMillen and Col. Edward Bligh salute the Marines during the redesignation ceremony for 3rd Transportation Support Battalion Oct. 1 at the parade field on Camp Foster. The battalion is comprised of headquarters, motor transport, landing, and support companies. Consolidating the four companies will improve the support available to III Marine Expeditionary Force, according to Bligh. McMillen is from Craig, Colorado, and the commanding officer for 3rd TSB, Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
