A Liberian reporter records Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, the president of Liberia, as she answers questions during an impromptu press conference Nov. 5, 2015, after she and Deborah Malac, the U.S. ambassador to Liberia, finished a tour of the Monrovia Medical Unit in Harbel, Liberia. The MMU is a 25-bed Ebola treatment unit specifically built for the purpose of treating medical workers who become infected while treating Ebola patients. United Assistance is a Department of Defense operation to provide logistics, training and engineering support to U.S. Agency for International Development-led efforts to contain the Ebola virus outbreak in West African nations.
