Michael Hile, a military working dog handler with the 527th Military Police Company, 709th Military Police Battalion, 18th Military Police Brigade and a native of Prineville, Ore. explains the importance of the military working dog to the 2nd Battalion, 6th Brigade, 2nd Iraqi Army Division, April 6, at Combat Outpost Spear in Mosul. Hile and his canine companion, Rronnie, demonstrated their skills in search, detain and attack for the Iraqi Soldiers.
