U.S. Southern Command Friendship Baseball Tour team catcher Air Force Staff Sgt. Brain Chessir does the "baseball" cheer before sending the team of children to the next learning station of the baseball clinic held in Santiago's National Park. The baseball team representing joint service personnel assigned to U.S. Southern Command is on a friendship tour scheduled to travel to five Latin American nations engaging military and civilian teams in a game of baseball. The team is conducting baseball clinics at local community for children throughout South, Central America and Caribbean countries strengthening ties through a shared interest in baseball.
