Marines and Sailors on Black Sea Rotational Force 14 worked hand-in-hand with Romanian Land Forces during exercise Platinum Lynx 15.3 in Focsani, Romania. Training included weapons familiarization classes, live-fire ranges and call-for-fire ranges, among more. The service members also participated in shooting competitions and sports competitions with their Romanian partners.
