U.S. service members enter the cordoned-off Joint Base Langley-Eustis’ Langley Transit Center, Va., Nov. 13, 2014. Ninety service members, who returned from missions combating the Ebola virus disease in West Africa, are staying at the center for 21 days of controlled monitoring.
