Maj. Gen. Richard M. Burr and Maj. Gen. Gregory C. Bilton are presented artillery rounds during a Flying V ceremony Nov. 17 at historic Palm Circle, Fort Shafter, Hawaii. The Flying V ceremony was to farewell Burr and welcome Maj. Gen. Gregory C. Bilton who will replace Burr as deputy commanding general of operations for U.S. Army Pacific. Both generals are with the Australian army.
