The U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Band plays the national anthem during a Joint Task Force Civil Support change of responsibility ceremony here Nov. 14, 2014. During the ceremony, Army Command Sgt. Maj. Richard Capps, JTF-CS outgoing senior enlisted leader, relinquished responsibility and turned it over to Navy Command Master Chief Jeffrey Covington, incoming JTF-CS senior enlisted leader. The senior enlisted leader of a unit is charged with mentoring enlisted military members, upholding standards, enforcing discipline and giving sound advice to the commander and members of the unit.
