A U.S. Air Force E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System aircraft with the 12th Expeditionary Air Command and Control Squadron approaches the refueling boom of a KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft with the 351st Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron (EARS) Feb. 21, 2013, over an undisclosed location. The 351st EARS was composed of Airmen with the 100th Air Refueling Wing at RAF Mildenhall, England, who were deployed to a forward operating location in southwest Europe in support of French military operations in Mali.
