Students participate in a cool-down stretching routine during a Command Fitness Leader Course at Naval Base Kitsap's Concourse West Fitness and Aquatics Center. The course entailed 40 hours of instruction regarding administrative procedures, conducting a Navy Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA), Fitness Enhancement Program and how to prepare Sailors utilizing various Navy tools and resources for the PFA and administrative duties.
