Sgt. Ryan Scoville, of the 191st Military Police Company, shaves in a personal hygiene tent April 22, 2009, in Valley City, N.D. The sewer system is operating at very limited capacity in Valley City because of flooding from the Sheyenne River, making it necessary to use alternate means of personal hygiene. The temporary shower and shave unit set by the National Guard is hooked up to a septic tank system that will be pumped out when the sewer system is operating at full capacity again.
