    In this file photo taken June 29, 1990, Adm. Frank B. Kelso II speaks during the change of command ceremony at which he is replaced by Adm. Leon A. Edney as Commander in Chief, US Atlantic Command. The ceremony took place aboard the aircraft carrier USS John F. Kennedy (CV 67). Later that day, Kelso assumed the post of Chief of Naval Operations. Kelso, 79, died Sunday, June 23, 2013, following injuries sustained from a fall earlier in the week.
