U.S. Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer 3 Clinton Runyon, foreground, combat camera officer in charge, Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC) Combat Camera (COMCAM), observes Sgt. John Lamb, videographer, MCIPAC COMCAM , as he attaches a Canon SLR camera to a rail system in order to create a time-lapse of Daniel Z. Romualdez Airport in Tacloban, Leyte, Philippines, Nov. 16, 2014. The airport was overwhelmingly damaged during Typhoon Yolanda on Nov. 8, 2013, but quickly re-opened three days after the storm through the relief efforts of Operation Damayan. Runyon led a COMCAM team to the city for the production of a one year anniversary remembrance video highlighting the efforts of Operation Damayan following typhoon Yolanda, and the enduring partnership between the United States and the Republic of Philippines.
