Army Maj. Earl Filmore, Jr., the senior military instructor for the Army Reserve Officer Training Corps battalion at Bethune-Cookman University, shares a laugh with Dossie Singleton, a Wildwood, Fla., native and a 1969 graduate of Bethune-Cookman, outside the Florida Citrus Bowl Nov. 22 in Orlando, Fla. Filmore, a native of Ocklawaha, Fla., joined dozens of Army Reserve Soldiers and ROTC cadets to manage several static and interactive displays that promoted the Army's culture, programs and benefits. The Army's presence outside the newly renovated stadium coincided with the Florida Classic, the nation's largest football rivalry between two historically black colleges. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
