Dickinson and Duff are the 2014 recipients of the award, Greenert was awarded his in 1992. The Stockdale Leadership Award is presented annually to two commissioned officers on active duty below the rank of captain who are in command of a single ship, submarine, aviation squadron or operational warfare unit at the time of nomination.
