Master Chief Petty Officer Charles Clarke, fleet master chief at U.S. Fleet Forces Command, carries bags for Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133 as they complete a 21-day controlled monitoring period at Langley Transit Center on Joint Base Langley-Eustis on Dec. 4. Fifteen Seabees from NMCB-133 underwent daily medical exams and temperature checks as precautionary measures upon returning from deployment in West Africa. They deployed to Monrovia, Liberia, in June 2014 to provide assistance to areas affected by the Ebola virus. They constructed a visitor center, restrooms, dining and laundry facilities for a 25-bed hospital.
