Frank Tate, deputy commanding general for support of Joint Forces Command – United Assistance, discusses the benefits of placing a new water well near the Sinje Ebola Treatment Unit to ETU employees and local town residents, Dec. 5, 2014, Sinje, Liberia. Tate’s goal was to make sure each ETU site, built in support of Operation United Assistance, has a functioning water well.
