William Wofford, the adjutant general for the Arkansas National Guard, Nov. 14, at the Silas L. Copeland Arrival/Departure Air Control Group airfield, after he deplaned the aircraft that brought him and his unit home after a tour in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
