Spc. Omar Canario helped save a Soldier's life. Canario is a gunner with Ready 65, the PSD for the district commanding officer, 1st Brigade, 1st Armored Division. He started on IV on the Soldier who was wounded in an IED blast early March. The gunner took shrapnel to the head. Canario started an IV and watched the Soldier's vital signs to prevent him from going into shock.
