Paratroopers go through sustained airborne training during the 17th Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop. The airborne operation is hosted by U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), on Dec. 10, 2014, at Luzon Drop Zone, N.C.
