Ammunition is aligned on the ground of the Quaken Bush training area while two Marines prepare a Howitzer during the 25-day long desert fire exercise. Combat Logistics Battalion 7, 1st Marine Logistics Group distributes the ammunition as needed in part of their assigned mission to support the 11th Marine Regiment, Combat Logistics Regiment 1 and the 7th Marines during training. As a remain behind battalion, this mission has been very time consuming, causing the Marines to work 12 hour shifts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
