Firefighters participate in live burn training at the former Opportunity House in Vacaville, Calif., April 5, 2014. The event was part of four days of training for Air Force firefighters from Travis and Beale Air Force bases hosted by civilian firefighters from Solano County fire departments at sites in Fairfield and Dixon, Calif. The live burn at the Fairfield site afforded the firefighters to practice fire attack inside a burning house. The training at the Dixon site advanced firefighter safety survival tactics, ladder evolutions, and hose and stand pipe evolutions.
