Garner, of Monroe, Ga., remove chocks and chains from an MH-60S Seahawk helicopter, attached to the “Wildcards” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 23, on the flight deck of dock landing ship USS Comstock (LSD 45).
