Navy Counselor 1st Class (SCW/FMF) Sara Dozier, assigned to the Commander, Submarine Group 9 staff, receives a plaque from Commander of Submarine Group (COMSUBGRU) 9 Rear Adm. David Kriete naming her as 2014 Submarine Group 9 Shore Sailor of the Year. This is Dozier’s second consecutive year winning the award. She will next compete in the Commander, Submarine Forces Sailor of the Year Competition, scheduled for February in San Diego.
