U.S. Army ROTC cadets from the General Patton Academy present the colors for the Cinco De Mayo parade in downtown Chicago on May 3. The Casa Puebla Chamber of Commerce President, Hector Escobar Jr., invited the cadets to participate in their 26th Annual celebration that attracted several thousand attendees.
