Col. Christopher Shrieks, 50th Military Engagement Team commander, and Col. David Monk, 32nd Military Engagement Team commander, switch their Army National Guard respective state flag positions during a transfer of authority ceremony January 5, here. This symbolized the 50th MET, New Jersey Army National Guard, taking over the 32nd MET, Wisconsin Army National Guard, mission in support of U.S. Army Central. While deployed to Kuwait and Jordan, the 32nd MET conducted 31 missions in nine countries, working directly with partner nation militaries to establish and strengthen interoperability, capability and relationships within the region.
