U.S Army Sgt. Tarissa Vincent, a flight paramedic with Company F, 5th Battalion (General Support), 159th Aviation Regiment, Multinational Battle Group- East, demonstrates how to use the double rescue seat to U.S. Army Soldiers and Kosovo Security Force cadets during a medical training event near Istok, Kosovo, Jan. 11. The purpose of the event was to provide hands-on medical training to Soldiers and cadets so they can treat potentially injured troops and evacuate them to the next higher level of care.
