Nancy Olson, widow of Staff Sgt. Todd Olson, speaks to family and friends during a Jan. 10 command remembrance ceremony at Camp Williams, Wis. Staff Sgt. Olson died Dec. 27, 2004, in an Army hospital in Tikrit, Iraq, of wounds suffered from an improvised explosive device the day before. He was a squad leader with the Wisconsin Army National Guard's Company C, 1st Battalion, 128th Infantry Regiment and was on foot patrol in Samarra, Iraq, at the time of the attack.
