David Mann, intelligence officer, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), explains the rules for a table tennis tournament being held for service members who recently returned from Liberia in support of the U.S. Agency for International Developmentāled mission, Operation United Assistance, Joint Base Langley Eustis, Va., Jan. 10, 2015. This is one of many games that Mann has organized for the troops undergoing the 21-day controlled monitoring. The others include basketball, flag football and weight lifting.
