    Petty Officer 3rd Class John Cesena, an electronics technician from Visalia, Calif., cleans the SPN-41 azimuth radar antennae on the fantail of the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). The azimuth radar antennae is used for independent aircraft instrument approaches. John C. Stennis is on a scheduled six-month deployment to the western Pacific Ocean.
