Petty Officer 2nd Class Bradley T. Bishop, along with fellow crewmembers, stands at attention after receiving a Coast Guard Achievement medal Jan. 23, 2015, for his involvement in response to a boating accident on the Severn River near Annapolis, July 4, 2014.
