Stevie Cardona, drill instructor, Oscar Company, 4th Recruit Training Battalion, MCRD Parris Island, gets poolees from Marine Corps Recruiting Station Columbia into formation during the semiannual Female Pool Function at Fort Jackson Army Base on Jan. 24, 2015. Cardona went over basic military knowledge and helped prepare them for what they would need to know during Marine Corps basic training.
