Maj. Gen. Scararrotti, commander of the 82nd Airborne Division, awards the Combat Action Badge to Spc. Carlos Lopez-Correa, assigned to Battery B, 1st Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Multi-National Division-Baghdad, May 21, at Joint Security Station Zafaraniya, located in the Karradah District of eastern Baghdad. Maj. Gen. Scararrotti, along with Command Sgt. Maj. Thomas Capel, senior enlisted leader of the 82nd Airborne Division, stopped to visit the Panther brigade prior to going to Afghanistan where the 82nd Airborne Division will be deployed for the next 12 months.
