North Carolina National Guard leaders at NCNG Joint Force Headquarters, in Raleigh, N.C., conduct a Senior Leaders Workshop, Jan. 25–26. The workshop, held annually is an opportunity to network, educate and share the hard lessons learned during 13 years of war deploying more than 21,000 Soldiers and Airmen for combat overseas while at the same time supporting domestic operations during state and regional disasters. “The theme of this workshop is networking and education,” said Army Maj. Gen. Greg Lusk, adjutant general of North Carolina. “Use these two days to learn and share to make us a better organization.”
