Marine Corps Lt. Gen Vincent Stewart addresses the audience for the first time as director of the Defense Intelligence Agency and commander of the Joint Functional Component Command for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance in a Jan. 23 ceremony at DIA headquarters. Stewart is joined onstage with Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence Michael Vickers, U.S. Strategic Command Commander Adm. Cecil Haney and acting DIA director David Shedd. Stewart is the first Marine Corps director to lead DIA and previously served as the head of Marine Forces Cyber.
