U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Jenifer Gormley, 509th Civil Engineer Squadron water and fuels maintenance journeyman, is measures a water sample at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., pulled from our filter to make sure the chlorine is in the required range for this part of the water treatment process. We do this because it is important to make sure that each step is in the correct range for Cl2 and pH so it doesn't put a stress on the other steps of the process of treating the water.
