The U.S. 7th Fleet Navy band performs during a change of command ceremony for the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73) in the ship's hangar bay. Capt. Timothy Kuehhas relieved Capt. Greg Fenton as George Washington's commanding officer.
