Airman Creseta Binns, 86th Logistics Readiness Squadron armory journeyman, takes an M16 rifle off a weapons rack on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Jan. 28, 2015. In 2014, the individual protective equipment team won 86th Airlift Wing Innovator of the Month for October. Their innovation was the installation of a $244,000 Mechanized Material Handling System, cutting the time it takes to issue a weapon to a service member by 50 percent.
