Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, along with American and Romanian contractors, line up for lunch in the Naval Support Facility (NSF) Deveselu galley Jan. 21, 2015. The Seabees are helping construct a U.S. Aegis Ashore Missile Defense System on board NSF Deveselu.
