Rear Adm. Terry Kraft, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Japan, visits with Sailors in front of the USS Constitution snow sculpture at the 66th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The 2015 Navy Misawa Snow Team created the sculpture for the festival and as a tribute to the U.S. Navy's oldest commissioned ship. This is the 32nd year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of Sailors to the festival to create a sculpture and to serve as good will ambassadors.
