Brig. Gen. Paul J. Kennedy exits a U.S Air Force UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter Feb. 6 on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, moments after landing. Kennedy and a party of additional senior military and political leaders toured the camp and discussed matters such as recent protests, and the status of infrastructure on Camp Schwab in preparation for the development of the Futenma Relocation Facility.
