Air Force Lt. Col. Alicia L. Tschirhart takes a brief break from her schedule as she is briefed on a patient that has just arrived. Tschirhart is the commander of the Kalsu Combat Stress Control Center and a psychiatrist, which allows her to prescribe medication to people who are having emotional or behavioral problems. The center is one of three throughout Iraq that serve a number of provinces.
