    Navy Petty Officer 1st Class John Dicola, an aerographer's mate temporarily assigned to Coast Guard Cutter Alex Haley from Fleet Weather Center San Diego, has been providing weather for the cutter since Dec. 1, 2014. Dicola's weather forecasts allowed the crew of the cutter to maximize operations while enduring the harsh conditions of the Bering Sea.
