(Feb. 05, 2015) A Virginia Beach police department drags a Sailor role-playing an incapacitated victim to safety while reaction force members clear the area during an anti-terrorism force protection exercise at Adm. Joel T. Boone Branch Health Clinic at Joint Expeditionary Base, Little Creek-Fort Story (JEBLC-FS). The force protection exercise was in support of the Navy wide Solid Curtain-Citadel Shield 2015. Local law enforcement worked hand in hand with JEBLC-FS security personnel to subdue an active shooter in a controlled training environment.
